- Responsible for monthly SLA
- Independently manage assigned clients
- Client Meetings as per Man to Man marking sheet
- Managing the collections to reduce outstanding and DSO

- Talent Pooling - Backup ready for all key positions on a project

- Process Management (Productivity Monitoring)

- Managing Gross Margins
- Working on Predictability, Forecast & Risk mitigation planning
- Preparation of Quality Report
CTQs
- Qualification: Graduate or Above
- Experience: 8+ years
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Advanced exposure in Payroll
- Excellent Communication Skills
Prior experience of managing clients and should be from outsourcing industry
