About our Client - Our client is a leading global accounting firm, at par with the Big 4 professional services firms. They are seeking a Senior Manager-Organization Development to lead their India operations. The position is based out of Mumbai
Job Description - Reporting to the HR Head and leading a team of 2 reportees, you would:
- Lead Organization Development and Talent Management initiatives on a PAN India basis
- Drive succession planning, career frameworks and hi-potential programs across the workforce
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and management to facilitate management and leadership development programs for organization development
- Build and enhance internal capability via identification of learning programs
The Successful Candidate - You have worked in an Organization Development and HR Business Partner role for 7+ years in a multinational firm with proven track record in stakeholder management. You would hold a full time postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
