Sr Manager - Oracle Fusion Middleware COE Lead

Position: Fusion Middleware CoE Lead Level: Senior Manager

Experience: 13+ Years

Technical Skills Required: Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA suite, Oracle BPM, Oracle ADF, Oracle Webcenter suites, ODI, Weblogic etc

Other Skills Required: Strong solution designing and architecture experience in fusion middleware. Experience in building CoE & incubating new skills Strong delivery management expertise in fusion middleware based projects.

Experience in all phases of project life cycle & exposure to Agile Methodologies Work collaboratively with other groups & stakeholders for proposal delivery & project execution.

Responsibilities - CoE Management - Manage the Oracle fusion Middleware center of Excellence. Building capability & scale on niche technologies, preparation of CoE artifacts, drive team to learn new technologies and enable creation of solution accelerators / POCs, support project teams which use the relevant technologies and pitch-in for resolution of Technical issues in projects.

Work on new RFPs which involve fusion middleware technologies Project Management - Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, account mining, Financial Planning & Tracking for fusion middleware based projects.

People Management - Manage Sr. Architects & Architects and drive them to enhance capabilities, scale the teams by cross-training & lateral hiring, handle people issues in collaboration with next level leads, set goals & manage aspirations, motivate & drive team towards enhancing technical capabilities in respective technology streams
