About Our Client
Our client is a leading healthcare and insurance organization with a global footprint of more than 100 offices. They specialize in end to end healthcare service provided to more than 50 million people worldwide. As a result of expansion within the Indian market they are looking for an experienced professional to lead end to end transitions for BPO/KPO operations.
Job Description
Reporting into Director, you would lead the transitions for the company as an individual contributor and would build a team of transition managers as business grows. You would also liaise with senior stakeholders across business lines to ensure smooth transition of processes across global BPO sites and business units.You would also need to manage escalations from stakeholders involved and coach team members to drive process improvement in transitions.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA with 8 to 12 years of experience in multiple domain with BPO/KPO set ups.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end transitions including re-badging, re-patriation transition etc.
- Excellent understanding of various call center tools & techniques (CMS, Avaya,etc) as well as work force management techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in high volume environment.
- Ability to travel upto 30% of the time on projects is a must.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) would be preferred.
