Sr Manager - Operations Team Supervisor - Import/Export

His primary role will be of Scrutinizing and Authorizing all the Import Export transactions. He will manage a team and will be accountable for the performance of the team and the objectives set for the team.

He will be

- Responsible for processing Import / Export Transactions

- Scrutinise the documents received for processing from the branches.

- Responsible to ensure that the transaction complies with all the regulatory requirements under the current RBI guidelines in addition to the bank's internal policies and procedures

- Authorising the transaction in system

- Would co-ordinate with the CSM /RM for getting the queries resolved in timely manner

- Ensure that the TAT agreed as per the SLA with the business groups are strictly adhered to

- Should keep himself /herself constantly updated on the relevant trade services products - on the regulatory changes being imposed by the regulators and ensure they are properly complied with

- Would constantly keep the process flow in mind and always work for improvising the same to ensure faster, cheaper processing keeping an eye on the quality of processing.

Will be responsible for error free operations and service delivery and audit ratings.
