Duties & Responsibilities:  - As an Operations Incharge the resource will be responsible for implementation of operations at new sites, monitor existing operations, liaise with customer to fulfill & retain accounts and ensure profitability of business.  New Sites Implementation:  - Interact with the solutions design team and understand the business proposition signed off with the customer  - Set up an implementation time chart and plan execution of implementation to meet the plan. During the course of implementation it will be required to work with suppliers of storage systems, MHE, technology, manpower service providers, and other agencies.  - Prepare SOP, establish KPIs and SLA in interaction with new customer  - Recruit manpower, plan resource deployment and handhold site incharge to set up operations till such time the SLA levels desired by customer are met.  Monitoring Existing Operations:  - Systematically review the operational efficiency and cost elements of existing processes, SOP and SLA: where required, implement programmes to provide sustainable improvement and cost-saving benefits.   - Unify operational processes across all business units to create a common service platform geared to consistently provide cost-efficient and optimal service delivery.   - In consultation with relevant key stakeholders effectively deal with labour and union related matters to safeguard service delivery and negate business interruption.   - Ensure business practice and activities strictly and consistently comply with requirements specified by regulatory authorities, Customs and Government agencies.   Business Unit Audit:   - Periodically conduct audits of facilities: audit criteria to include - but not restricted to - facility cleanliness, adherence to housekeeping guidelines, compliance with health & safety requirements, fire drill procedures, adherence to quality initiatives, equipment maintenance programmes, SOP and SLA compliance and commercial integrity.   - Audit process to be assisted by corporate resource and conducted in presence of business unit General Management.   Resource Management & Organisation:  - Effectively manage General Management resource assigned to each facility  - Ensure that each individual receives an accurate job description complete with an explanation of duties and responsibilities.   - Conduct performance appraisals in accordance with Human Resources policy.   - In consultation with Human Resources devise and implement training and development programmes based on individual needs.  - Identify talent and scope-out personal development programmes in consultation with actively
