For one of their division in Noida, we are looking for a Sr Managerial Role into Organisational Development & Change Management.

Title: Sr. Manager - OD/Change Management (Female Candidate preferred)

Qualification: MBA's - regular/premier institutes

Experience: 10-15 yrs

Role/Responsibilities:

The individual would be responsible for the following deliverables:

Design Change management Strategies.

Design HR & OD strategies & plans to ensure that the business should equip to achieve the targets

Proactively drive OD initiatives across levels in the organization

Work closely with L & D and performance management and partner to drive various initiatives

Actively participate, contribute and influence the senior management in strategic development initiatives, deliberations and decisions in the areas of accountability

Introduce and implement various initiatives to improve employee effectiveness

Establish a more systematic approach to talent development and succession planning practices

Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with people in subject matter/expert areas that provide input to deliver training and development within the organization

Make ethical decisions and resolve problems within confines of delegated authority

Assessment & Development Centre for future growth

Psychometric Assessment for Organizational Development

Cross Culture Facilitation - Management of change & Culture Building

Location: Noida
