Senior Manager-Mortgage

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 5-6 years US Mortgage experience

- Complete understanding of BPO operations and success in steering them to enhanced growth with vision to drive business excellence through efficient operations and client servicing.

- Should have minimum 5 years experience in US Mortgage Domain.

- Maximize customer satisfaction through high quality deliverables in addition to reporting and governance aimed at overall process development.

- Strategy on Sources: Diversity, Deepening of relationship

- Participate in the team meetings

- Monitor the Team Managers DAR.

Skills and Knowledge Prerequisites:

- Go Getter and Dynamic with strong commitment, perseverance to complete the task on hand within the time frame and as per expected standards.

- Excellent Interpersonal communication skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with company members, external agencies, government bodies.

Personality Traits:

- Presentable.

- Good Leadership Quality & Team development quality.

- Ability to accept challenge.

- Task Oriented.

- Good Presentation Skills.
