About our Client - Our client is a Leading Investment Bank with full suite of financial product offering to their clients across the globe in more than 50 countries. In order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking for Sr. Manager - Management Reporting for their Trade Finance business.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP and leading a team of professionals, your key responsibilities would include the following:

- Lead and manage the offshore MI team taking care of review and validation of consolidated Statutory / Management information (both quantitative & qualitative) for the group

- Timely and accurate MI produced with minimal queries against required deadlines

- Preparation of Performance Packs, Trend Analysis, Variation Analysis, budgeting and forecasting

- Designing & analyzing reports as per the requirements set by the business partners in a timely & accurate manner

- Effective co-ordination between various Regional and Global MI teams

- Establish and maintain effective relationship with business areas and identify areas of service improvements

- Lead, coordinate and support Re-engineering initiatives

- Lead, motivate and manage a team of finance professionals

The Successful Candidate - You are a Qualified Accountant (Batches 2005 / '06 / '07) with experience in management reporting from a financial services setup. Good working knowledge of Banking Products and strong interpersonal and team-working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must. You should also have the ability to work in a pressured environment and cope with the demands of working to tight deadlines.
