About our Client - A UK listed MNC with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Global Center of Excellence.

Job Description - Reporting to the Department Head / Finance Director and managing a team of analysts to extract data, prepare accounting entries/reports, analyze variances and summarize findings. Listed below would be some of the key activities that you would carry out:

- Analyze key business drivers, forecasting performance and annual & strategic planning.

- Develop, maintain and validate models that enable the business to project/ forecast performance under different scenarios.

- Analyze historical trends and understand how actual performance compares against short and long-term forecasts and targets.

- Identify Risks and Opportunities to business and country forecasts.

- Develop/ enhance dashboards with key business drivers used by senior management to analyze/ evaluate business performance with focus on expense.

- Build effective working relationships with country/ regional and global business teams

- Participate in and lead Ad-hoc FP&A projects

The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA with a minimum of 7 years of post qualification experience in Management Accounting / Financial Planning and Analysis. You will be an innovative thinker, a commercial manager, an inspiring leader and be able to command respect at all levels of an organization. You will have worked within a Captive set-up, you will be highly analytical and have experience of providing Management Information to various stake holders across multiple locations. Individuals with an MBA from Premier Schools or a background in the Insurance Industry would be given preference.
