15. Generator Manufacturing Processes – Selection & Detailing
16. BOS Processes – Selection & Detailing
17. Generator Manufacturing Line Set up Identification, Selection, Vendor Development & Procurement, Installation & Commissioning – Prototype / Batch / Mass / Scale Up to required capacity

Job Purpose:
- To plan and execute the development, optimization, manufacture integration and production of generators and BOS and its parts. It would also entail vendor assessment, vendor selection, vendor management & quality control, for all parts of the generator and their integration with the main turbine assembly.
- The job would also cover maintenance and support of generators in the field. All processes will be governed by SLAs/OLAs and defined KPIs would be measured to assess efficacy.
Person profile:
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate /Post Graduate Electrical & Electronics Engineer
- Minimum 15 years experience within and outside the Kirloskar Group.
- Six Sigma or Lean Methodology literate
- Knowledge of Generator Design, Maintenance & Manufacture
- Knowledge of power electronics and electrical engineering, required for power conditioning & evacuation
- Knowledge of vendor selection
