Sr Manager - Medical Reviewer - BPO

We have an urgent opening for the role of Sr. Manager Medical Reviewer, with a leading International BPO/MNC based out of Bangalore.

Job Location: Bangalore

Salary: Upto 19 LPA

Shift Timings: US Night Shifts

Job Responsibilities/Authorities:

- Provide guidance to the team members on the expedited cases.

- Provide medical input on difficult adverse event cases.

- Ensure US drug safety reporting regulations, ICH guidelines, and BMS SOPs are applied by the team members to adverse event case reporting.

- Evaluate team members' adverse event case reports for performance improvement.

- Adjust to changing regulatory environment.

- Ensure availability of resources within the team and develop strategies and plans to utilize resources effectively and efficiently.

- Define or interpret day-to-day business objectives.

Requirements:

- MD (board certification and medical specialty preferred).

- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

- Should be flexible to working in US Night shifts.

- 2-4 years experience in clinical practice or relevant setting.

- 1-3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry (clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or medical affairs) preferred.

- Detail-oriented nature with strong organizational abilities.

- Knowledge of Medical Safety Standards.
