Resumes are invited for a fantastic opportunity to manage key brands of one of the leading Direct Selling FMCG companies in India. You will be tasked with the development of the marketing strategy for brands that range from Personal care, Home care, Agroto Health & Nutrition.

Position : Sr. Manager/Manager Marketing

Location : Delhi /NCR

Exp. : 9-15 Years

Report to Director.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, customer needs and insights.

- Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.

- Working with product development teams to manage NPD (New Product Development).

- Managing launch campaigns for new products.

- Branding & Promotions. Managing media and marketing staff and external PR agencies.

- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial :

- Full accountability for development of pricing and pricing strategies along with commercial budget(s) spend and allocation. Leading revenue generation of new and ongoing brands.

- Responsibility towards maximizing gross contribution at segment and brand level to achieve targeted sales volume.

Market Complexity:

- Lead the innovation & launch plan across brands and segments.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

Leadership Responsibilities:

- Guide a team that is charged with product line contribution as a business unit.

- Leading and influencing a cross functional team and key stakeholders.

- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, Brand and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

Interdepartmental functioning:

- Communicate with all areas of the company. Work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements.

- Work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits and target customer.

- Work with Supply Chain to facilitate logistics. Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.

Negotiation & Licensing:

- Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.

- Authorize negotiations and must be able to work with the legal team to administer vendor contracts.

- Establish any associated licensing requirements and facilitate the process.

NPD:

- Lead the concept development process.

- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

Strategy : Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, work with all departments to execute.
