About our Client - Our Client is a global leader in analytics solutions with a client base across all major locations worldwide. They are currently expanding their Indian operations and seek someone to lead their Marketing Analytics team.

Job Description - Reporting to the Jr Partner / Partner depending upon the project. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engagement with business partners of our client and understanding the requirements and solutions they seek

- Working with parallel teams and projects ensuring on time delivery with the highest standards of quality set by our clients

- Training and developing business analysts and consultants who will be directly reporting to you

- Conceptualising, developing & delivery of project from start to end.

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from top tier B - School or strong background in statistics/ economics with over 7 years of experience in the domain of analytics with strong background in Marketing Analytics. The candidate is expected to have shown leadership qualities with experience in handling teams, should be willing to work in fast paced work environment of a consulting firm with strong deadlines. You will also be associated with frequent international/domain travels.
