Role and Responsibilities:
- Accountable and responsible for understanding customer requirements pertaining to market research assignments.
- Accountable and responsible for project planning, costing and timelines.
- Accountable and responsible for training and managing project teams for market research operations.
- Accountable and responsible for sampling methodologies, questionnaire development and survey execution.
- Accountable and responsible for data collection, analysis and presentation of research results
- Responsible for (multilingual) global research execution.
- Responsible for formulating quality control methodologies and implement quality assurance across all projects, deliverable and work processes of project team.
- Responsible for developing & updating process documents (SOPs) required for successful implementation of market research projects.
- Responsible for maintaining projects MIS reports and giving updates to relevant stake holders.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in B2B Market Research Operations.
- Smart Sampling Acumen.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Very Good Analytical skills.
- Good comprehension and presentation capability.
- Team handling.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Should be extremely good in professional verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal relationship and team management skills.
- Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
