Sr Manager/Manager - US IT Staffing

Position: Manager - US IT Recruitment

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for hands on Manager - US IT Recruiter (US Staffing)

No. of positions: 1

The ideal candidate must have

- At least 5-9+ years of total experience in Recruiting

- At least 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing

- Should have good experience working with Direct clients most of the time, if not all the times.

- Prefer recruiters who have worked mostly on W2 (Green card and Citizens)

- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.

- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.

- Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)

- Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target

- Very Strong communication and inter personal skills

- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

Education: Candidate should have a full time bachelors degree

Desired Candidate Profile:

- A suitable candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience working with direct clients requirements for US Markets. (W2 recruiter).

- Should have through knowledge of Hiring in US Market.

- Should be able to Headhunt candidates using Job Boards / Portals, Network with other IT Recruitment Firms (Corp to Corp Hiring).

- Self Starter

- Target oriented & Be able to Build & Manage a Team.

- Should have Good Communication Skills.
