POSITION TITLE: Senior Manager / Manager - Training (Telesales - Direct Marketing)

BUSINESS UNIT: Direct Marketing

REPORTING TO: VP-Direct Marketing

NO OF REPORTEES: NIL

LOCATION : Bangalore - HO

Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)

- A Outbound Telesales training specialist in the Direct Marketing channel based out of Bangalore. She/ He will be responsible for entire channel training operations, planning & building training capacities tele Sales unit comprising of tele-relationship officers and supervisors.

Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)

- Training need identification for the entire telesales team

- Organize/conduct regular training programs to skill the telesales team

- Class room training programs on people/skill development of Tele Sales Force

- Calibrate tele sales scripts on the basis of business need and priorities.

- Managing Call quality by constant scrutiny of calls made by the team.

- Need based interventions to enhance tele productivity.

- Liaison with Content Development team and external vendor for need based effective training programs

- Process enhancement

- Business development

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)

- Post Graduate

- Insurance/Financial Sector - Outbound Tele Sales Training specialization

- 6-8 years in sales training and development

- Proficiency in English, Hindi (or one regional languages)

Personal Attributes & Competencies

- Remains abreast and educates others on all regulatory compliance

- Uses technology to assist in training - Webinars, Online Modules

- Ensures training days, timings, and documentation strictly as per approved guidelines

Performance Measures (The quantitative measures of the job's overall responsibility)

- Publish monthly training calendar

- Weekly training update

- Conduct weekly tests and ensure tele sales team achieves a satisfaction score in the following areas:

- Product knowledge

- Tele Productivity
