The Promoters in India have a very sizeable Engineering and R&D force and believe in constant innovation with large list of Indian and International automotive majors as customers and spread across multiple locations.

Position : Sr.Manager/ Manager - Quality Systems

Qualification : B.E. ( Mechanical / Metallurgy ) - Full Time Degree Course only.

Experience : 8 - 12 years

Key Job Responsibilities :

- To institute and develop Quality Systems in line to Auto / Auto Ancillary organisations viz., ISO/TS:16949 & ISO:14001

- Develop documentation for product quality / standards as per TS specifications

- Lead the team for preparation of PPAP, APQP and FMEA documentation

- Develop systems, policy, manual etc. for EMS and OHSAS certification

- Help develop plant layout / process control systems

- Develop appropriate process control mechanisms at each stage to ensure product quality

- Be interface with customers and Third party audits

Key Attributes : Good communication skills, Presentation skills, systems approach

Industry specific : From Auto Ancilliary Industry only

Location : Bawal (candidate may reside at Gurgaon and pick-up drop facility shall be provided from Gurgaon )
