Job Description:
The OE Vision of Group - “Preparing the organization for the future”.
- The role requires working closely with the Head - OE to create , design and deliver initiatives and interventions that help the organization to become more effective and resilient . This role requires independently thinking, designing and executing the group-wide key strategic HR process & initiatives that help deliver this vision
- Employee Engagement & Wellness as a tool to enhance personal productivity.
- Accelerate the delivery of the diversity agenda of the Group by focusing on 3 key areas – Gender, Generation & Cultural diversity
- Build the next generation organization by engaging in cutting edge research and benchmarking to be ahead of the curve in organizational effectiveness practices globally.
- Creating Governance mechanism that are in lines with our Values Framework - policies on statutory compliances like – New act on Whistle Blower, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Code of conduct ( the next phase ) and creating effective mechanism to track, monitor and build capability within the organization to operationalizing this.
- Influencing internal key stakeholders - Creating Point of View for Top Management buy in, in areas of our work which is futuristic in nature.
- Conceptualizing and Designing, experimenting, piloting interventions in the area of Employee communication & engagement, Diversity, wellness /enrich Lives.
- Building capability and working closely with BCOE’s to implement our design and strategy.
- Be seen as the “go TO”, subject matter expert in these areas.
- Constantly learning and hand holding stakeholders through change management process and systems thinking.
- Deeply understanding the Business challenges to recommend / support customized solutions.
- Create innovative internal research/ white papers and various internal studies with employees.E.G. CARE research
- Support the Group’s participation in various external forums - BEI, SHRM Awards, Catalyst survey, Tower Watson, Future of Work etc
