This is with regards to job opening for position of Sr Manager/Manager- Job Analysis and Evaluation (Group Level Role) with a top Indian Conglomerate based in Mumbai.
Reporting To : Portfolio Owner – Job Analysis and Evaluation
Job Description:
- The role is To support overall design & implementation of Job Analysis and Evaluation processes to create meaningful value addition for the Group & in various businesses.
- This role will work closely with Head of JAE GHR in supporting Job Analysis & Evaluation awareness & providing analytical support. Support training (from Hay) and personally conduct workshops on the JAE.
- Conduct & enable Training and employee communication on aspects of role clarity and leveraging JE principles.
- Provide necessary support in the Job Analysis and Evaluation implementation process across the Group. Support in technology implementation (Job Evaluation Manager) for effective operations.
- Analyze existing ranges of scores / bands to ensure that structures are contemporary and reflective of changing Group / Business scenarios.
- Build Systems and processes to enable businesses to implement JAE and Effectively leverage technology for learning programmes in the areas of Job Analysis, Job Evaluation and Role Clarity interventions in businesses.
- Design & develop Hay Point Analytics to support organization structures and job evaluation
- Coordinate with Business HR Teams, Unit HR Teams, Job Evaluation committee members.
- Periodically Audit Job bands & Job descriptions and Job scores updation in Peoplesoft ERP.
