Sr.Manager/Manager-HR (Talent Acquisition,Training & Development)
Job Objective
- Understand Company Strategy & Annual Business plan and partner closely with Head HR, Business Heads to develop and ensure execution of the Recruitment and Training plans.
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition requirements.
- Developing standards for reporting all aspects of the recruitment processes e.g. cycle time, cost per hire, source.
- Dealing with consultants or vendor partners for fulfilling the recruitment needs of the organization.
- Handling directly and through the team/vendor partners/ consultants, the task of headhunting for specific
skills and leaders
- Liaison with Management colleges for campus recruitment of Management Trainees & Sales Trainees
- Generate monthly MIS on the hiring status – monthly hiring plan update, team members’ performance, sourcing effectiveness and offer to joiner ratio – and review with Head – HR.
- Update placement consultants about candidates joining status, share the amount to be invoiced, verify and process the invoice for payment.
Training & Development
- Design an effective Corporate Induction Program.
- Ensure all new joiners undergo a robust induction schedule post joining.
- Identify Training and Development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with business Heads
- Design Training and Development programs based on Company’s needs, in consultation with functional heads and line managers.
- Conduct Planning and Budgeting for implementation of L&D programs
- Ensure adherence to quality in Training design, planning and delivery.
- Develop and implement the Training Need Identification process taking inputs from the PMS Year-End Review and other identified mechanisms.
- Evaluate the cost of the training and development programs that are being planned and to keep it within budgets
CTC offered: 10-14 Lacs.
Industry Preferred: FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Durables.
