Sr Manager - Management Consulting - Mergers & Acquisitions

Job Location- Powai

Travel: 30% of the time

Are You Someone With:

- B.Tech and MBA from a Tier 1 campus

- 9-12 years of experience from BIG 4 consulting firms/ leading services/ captive units managing and leading multiple programs

- Experience in large transformation / change management initiatives

- Experience with large scale mergers and acquisitions transformations

- Experience in Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy

- Experience in handling large/small Projects or Programs

- Structured Thinking, good with Solutioning Skills.

- International experience of working with senior stakeholders across the globe

- Multi- cultural stakeholder Management

- Project Management (PMP/ Prince)

- Lean, Six Sigma, BPR

Would You Be Interested In A Role Where Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Consulting with internal clients within M&A domain for large scale mergers and acquisitions transformations

- Individually contributing to consulting within corporate finance / financial transaction for group companies

- Competency management and defining a competency framework for development practice and practically implementing it

- Defining KPIs with stakeholders and managing performance of teams, along with managers.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the Business Transformation team

- Strengthen the delivery methodology

- Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis and identification of alternate delivery mechanisms

- Ensure benefit delivery in managed projects through effective implementation and change management

- Ensure compliance with the needs of the project office
