This group has diversified business interests in Coal, Oil & Gas, Commodity Transportation and Dredging.

Position : Senior Manager - Legal

Reporting to : Group MD

Job Description:

- Drafting, Vetting, Negotiations and Finalization of various legal documents and agreements like Memorandum of Agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Commercial Contracts.

- Handling legal matters affecting the company, be it civil or otherwise

- Standardization of various drafts like Sale and Purchase Contract, Consortium Agreement, Subcontract, General Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, Non Disclosure Agreement etc

- Advising business teams on issues/proposed disputes relating to on-going projects, providing workable solutions to the best of ability, in the event of discrepancies/differences; and drafting of notices/replies to mitigate issues.

- Coordination with law firms and keeping track on ongoing disputes, matters.
