Job Purpose

- Handling complete compliance matters

- Handling all Arbitration and Litigation matters across all geographies

Key areas of responsibility

- Review, Advise and documentation on Commercial Customer Contracts

- Advice on Indirect taxation queries ( optional )

- General advice and documentation on all business related queries and Agreement

- Manage, handle and advise in all litigation matters including arbitration.

- Provide solutions to various commercial issues

- Advice and documentation on property matters.

- Arbitration and Litigation – all geographies.

- Advice on service tax queries

- General advice and documentation on business related queries.

- Business documentation/Agreements

- Co-ordination for quality initiatives/ISO within the Legal Dept

Skill-set required

- Excellence in written and oral communication skills

- Expertise in construction contracts and MEP Projects

- Computer knowledge

- Analytical skills

- Exposure to compliance requirements in a corporate environment.

- Ability to be persuasive and relentless in reinforcing the best interests of the Company.

Compensation - 15,00,000 – 20,00,000 p.a.
