Sr Manager - Legal - FMCG

Major KRA's :-

- Responsible for the execution and co-ordination of all Legal matters including Corporate Law, IPR Laws and other laws generally applicable to FMCG/FMCD industry.

- Liaisoning with Governments on compliance of quasi judicial matter.

- Liaise with all functions/factories for all legal requirements.

- To effectively manage all matters relating to IPR, Contracts and other legal issues before the courts and other forums.

- To advise on all legal matters affecting the company, to ensure compliance to the legal requirements laid down for corporate governance and other statutory requirements for the operation of the Company.

- To coordinate with other functions/factories/regions so that all requirements with regard to applicable laws are adhered to from time to time.

- To develop strategies and seek opportunities to gain control over all legal matters.

- Liaise with Central/State Governments, functionaries for all regulations and compliance with a view to create an environment for achievement of company’s growth plans and business objectives.

Requisite

A Law graduate (LLB) with minimum 15 years of experience in a FMCG/MNC
