Sr.Manager- Learning & Development
One of the well reputed Pharma Giant is looking for Sr.Manager L&D for their corporate office in Mumbai.
Reporting to:- GM- Global L&D and OD
Experience :- 8-12 years
Location:- Mumbai.
Qualification:- Post graduation with specialization in HR/ Psychology/ L&D
Other Certification:- Psychometric Certifications
Knowledge & Skills:- Ability to do training need analysis, design & deliver programs, post training evaluation
- We are NOT looking for Sales Training experience.
- This is a Corporate- L&D role preferably someone with psychology background and Should have worked on couple of assessment tools etc.
Responsibilities:-
Engage with the respective SBU Head/ Functional Head to diagnose & identify training needs in coordination with business HR
1.Conceive & design learning interventions to address specific needs
2.Oversee nomination process, logistics & administration for training programs
3.Facilitate training programs. Eg: Behavioral, Managerial & Development Centers
4.Support technical development programs as required
5.Design & deploy learning architecture in SBU
6.Evaluate post training effectiveness and implement necessary changes in the program design
7.Drive optimal usage of various learning delivery platforms in the relationship
8.Drive training metrics for the respective SBU
9.Research best learning practices across industries periodically
10.Identify new learning partners to drive training programs internally
11.Responsible for L&D improvement projects
