Our client is the largest independent mortgage loan servicer in the United States and the fifth largest overall mortgage servicer.
Position: Sr. Manager L&D
Location: Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore
Work timings: 3pm to 12 pm
This position reports to Director, Human Resources.
Experience: 10 yrs of which behavioural training experience required is min 8 yrs
Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies
- Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans
- Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support
- Propose and manage L & D budgets
- Be responsible for organizational development initiatives
Qualification:
- Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and leadership training modules
- Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications
- Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable
- Ability to communicate and convince leadership
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels
- Ability to develop, lead and manage teams
