About our Client - Our client is a renowned global player in the manufacturing sector. They are a global supplier of quality products and creative solutions to manufacturers of automotive. They are looking to recruit an established HR Senior Manager Training & Development to lead their training and talent management initiatives in India.
Job Description - Reporting to the General Manager HR you will be responsible for Managing the training & development function of the organization and ensure the skill level is improved upon.
- Preparing, conducting training modules and running assessment and development centers.
- Support in devising development strategy to build the right leadership capabilities across levels.
- Plan, Organize and control assessments and moderation strategies.
- Also act as a primary assessor and moderator for selected training interventions.
- To advise on performance management procedure and best practice and to develop and monitor succession and retention plans.
The Successful Candidate - Ideally, you come with 15 years of post-graduation experience in a training profile in manufacturing industry. You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders are a must.
