Sr Manager - Learning & Development - MDP - Life Insurance

Looking for a Sr. Manager L&D (MDP) for India's most sought for Life Insurance Company

Role Summary: Manage the operations of MDP Training - Design, Deploy, Deliver learning solutions, assist Head - Management Development and act as a Learning Partner to the assigned business

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Head - Management Development in managing the function effectively

2. Operationalize the training plan

3. Assist in managing the complete cycle of training process including:

- Training Needs Analysis

- Identification of Organizational interventions: suite of programs targeted at various constituents

- Integration with Functional Training Plans

- Develop / modify and launch programs under guidance of Head - Management Development

- Preparation of planned Training Calendar and communication of the same to relevant stakeholders

- Execution of training activities as per plan

- Evaluation of training effectiveness

- Integration with HR processes such as Performance Management and Talent Management

4. Interact with Management Team Members, Line Managers, HR and Training representatives to further the Training agenda

5. Own the automation agenda / Training Passport System, and implement it with concerned people, including vendors

6. Align with ISO / MPEF process for Training and ensure compliance with audit requirements

7. Assist in developing market information about vendors, business schools and other potential specialist partners

8. Operationalize and take ownership of Budget tracking, MIS and administrative activities of the function
