Sr Manager - Learning & Development (US Timings)
The incumbent will take the lead role in designing, developing & implementing learning interventions for employees & also lead the talent development interventions. This position reports to Director, Human Resources.
Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies
- Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans
- Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support
- Propose and manage L & D budgets
- Be responsible for organizational development initiatives
Qualification:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Learning and Development
- MBA - HR from a Tier I HR institute or equivalent
- Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and Leadership training modules
- Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications
- Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable
- Ability to communicate and convince leadership
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels
- Ability to develop, lead and manage teams
Comfortable in working 2 pm to 12 night
