About our Client: Our client is a US-based personal care FMCG company with a global presence in more than 100 countries. Part of the S&P 500 and with over 50,000 employees globally, the company is a global leader in its line of products and they have aggressive growth plans for India. Our Client is currently looking for a Senior Manager (Strategy) to define strategy and facilitate business growth of one of the most renowned brands across globe.
Job Description: Reporting to the MD of India business, the key accountabilities will be:
- Identification of opportunities and Challenges across the Region through focus on Product Market Share and Distribution related interventions
- Development of analytics based Business planning models
- Developing Business plans focused on new revenue streams
- Develop a detailed and penetrative Route to Market for the company to maximize it's revenue opportunities in new and existing channels
- Working very closely with the MD of the business to analyze, identify and implement growth strategies at a Pan India level
The Successful Candidate:
- MBA from Tier-1 Institute with 5-7 years' experience of working in a Strategy role.
- Experience of Strategy in Consulting Set Up with Consumer brands or experience of driving Go To Market Strategy in a FMCG set up is preferable, ideally in a pan India scope of role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities coupled with ability to deal with unplanned challenges, work through obstacles and make sound decisions.
- Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines is a must.
