Sr Manager HR Learning and Development
MBA HR 8-10 yrs exp
Client is a leading hospitality group
Mumbai based
- Role is primarily to provide leadership to the learning and development function on end to end basis and also as owner and custodian of the L&D function in areas like TNA, designing training calender , Formulating the L&D budget, imparting functional & behavioral training across all locations in tune with business requirements and evaluating the same for better delivery and results.
