1. Responsible for achieving Revenue targets for both top line and bottom line.
2. Responsible for managing the new clients development for North and West.
3. Corporate Sales involving selling of Volume Deals to Leading Multinational for providing HR Solutions.
4. Value adds in rationalizing Hiring Cost and proving value add support and innovative ideas to optimize results by controlling client's cost was an integral part of the challenging Profile.
5. Conceptualizing, developing & launching of new products for newly identified business opportunities.
6. Procuring and Handling Accounts of Leading Companies.
7. This profile involved interacting with only Senior or Top Management of clientage, hence Building, maintaining & nurturing excellent IPR with very senior officials in the organization was a part of my Job Profile.
8. Handling the account management for large accounts.
9. Creating and submission of RFP and RFQ's
10. Handling a team of 5-7 team members to the different products of HR Solutions.
11. Have been handling large deals like RPOs, managed sales, data management etc
