Sr Manager - KAM - FMCG/Retail

Job Description:

Batch Parity: 2004-2007 (Regular 2 years Programs).

- KAM to manage Distributors serving to Chains

- Manage Distributors across India

- Work on SCM with distributor to assue fill rate of chains

- Should drive purchase of distributors

- Manage stock levels to meet SCR norms

- Track investments of distributor towards market development

- Track Distributor team alignment.

- Track ISD invested by Distributor for productivity and adherence to Industry norms

- Track Reconciliation of chains with distributor quarterly
