Sr Manager - IT Strategy - BFSI

- Align technology vision with business strategy and lead all aspects of development and the implementation of technology initiatives within the company

- Lead the strategy formulation for the IT Group to ensure alignment with organizations strategic objectives and best practice IT services

- Lead the technology planning to ensure alignment with Business

- Facilitate the IT Steering Committee

- Keep up to date on technology best practices and trends

- Program management of key IT strategic and transformation initiatives

- Define and Monitor Balanced Scorecard across IT department

- Benchmark and define roadmap for IT process improvement
