Position: Rr. Manager Sales and Business Development

Our client is a leading provider of healthcare technology consulting, software engineering services and professional services across North America and Europe and has been growing at over 50% per annum. They received the prestigious 2011 Red Herring Award (North America) for excellence in healthcare technology.

In addition to healthcare product engineering and interoperability, They has strong practice areas in healthcare interoperability, healthcare business intelligence, disease and care management, and consumer health. Their clients include leading healthcare ISVs, provider organizations, and healthcare services organizations. They has 6 offices worldwide – Seattle WA, Sarasota FL, Mumbai India, Airoli India, London and Singapore.

A. Job Description

- Lead sales activities – targeting specific geography / client segment

- Develop prospect pipeline

- Conduct introductory sales calls

- Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions

- Independently visit client site to present solutions and get approval

- Participate in contract discussions / negotiations

- Participate in trade shows / conferences

- Management multiple client relationships

- Manage client relationship – including onsite review meetings at client site

- Facilitate overall design and architecture with help of technical leads

- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship – including project definition,
requirement gathering

Other areas of participation

- Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities

- Lead specific Healthcare Interest Group within CitiusTech

B. Location:

- Powai, Mumbai with travel upto 25% of time (mainly North America).

C. Required Experience / Skills:

- 5+ years (Atleast 2 years of fulltime IT sales experience in North America / Europe)

- Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives.

- Technical / IT background strongly preferred

- Bachelors Degree
