Sr Manager - IT Delivery - Enterprise Apps

Overall ownership and delivery responsibility of the Enterprise applications, except SAP group

- Non-ERP applications included in this portfolio include general applications such as

- Regulatory Affairs - Dossier Management System (eCTDmanager)

- Document Management Systems (FirstDoc/Documentum),

- Pharmacovigilance (Argus)

- Product Register (Aris)

- Vendor Management – liaison, and otherwise manage relationships with various software and service providers

- System Design and Architecture - Business Applications and IT - Infrastructure Applications

- Work with Global Business Process Owners to firm up the business requirements and develop solution architecture

- Assist the business users with the functionality, and participate in the blueprinting of business processes and system integration challenges.

- Design, Project implementation, Enhancement and Support responsibilities for applications

- Manage Support Teams and user escalations

- Change Request (CR) feasibility and effort estimate, and participation in Change Control Board activities. Approve requests for new applications / Changes from the IT perspective.

- Leverage existing applications, systems and processes and rollout globally

- Ensure IT user base is effectively trained and positioned to use all available system functionalities
