Sr Manager - IT - Consumer Healthcare

One of the top most MNC in Consumer Healthcare is looking for a Sr. Manager-IT based at their head office in Gurgaon. Please find below the details:

Role: Sr. Manager- IT (FEMALE)

Location: Gurgaon

SALARY: 30-35 LPA

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:

- Masters Degree in Information Management/Computer Science or related discipline or MBA IT from Tier A Business Schools

- Good knowledge of Commercial processes Sales, Mktg and support functions like Finance, HR

- Knowledge of business processes and operations and their interrelationships

- Six Sigma, IT Governance qualifications or equivalents would be beneficial

- Good experience working in an end-user set-up

JOB PURPOSE:

- Design the supporting IT strategies for Commercial functions that will provide a range of solutions that will drive business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build strategic relationships with internal and external IT vendors. Broker vendor discussions to introduce innovation via external solutions providers when appropriate.

- To capture and prioritize IT Demand. Develop business case, lead the critical IT investment decisions and PIP approvals.

- To ensure IT projects are set up with appropriate governance and oversee the successful delivery of IT projects. Single point of IT accountability to the customer.

- To be a point of escalation, when needed, for issues with project or service delivery

- To ensure that the global IT shared service strategies meet the needs of the business and that the regional/local strategies are aligned to the global IT strategies.

- Seeing and applying IT from a business not pure technology perspective

- Driving significant IT based change programmes across International and functional boundaries.
