Qualifications:
- BE / MCA / MBA (Mandatory)
- III / FLMI certified (Optional)

Skills/ Knowledge:
Technical:
- Ability to train developers on the UI framework tools and processes
- Should posses skills to write system documents such as project proposals, project plans, requirements documents, physical and logical design specifications.
- Ability to multi-task, ability to evaluate workload, available resources and adjust schedules and priorities as required, organize day-to-day activities and short and long term projects and to observe and evaluate employee performance and recommend corrective action when necessary
- Good documentation skills, Interpersonal & Communication skills.
- Vendor Management
- Budget Management
- Stakeholder Management
- The candidate would be required to manage a team of in-house/outsourced staff in developing applications and supporting production issues, providing adhoc reports and maintaining applications on J2EE, MS SQLSERVER and ORACLE platforms
- To write system documents such as project proposals, project plans, requirements documents, physical and logical design specifications.
- Key responsibilities include guiding the design, user interface, user experience, and technology integration of projects, interfacing with management teams, and gathering information on enterprise-wide trends
Decision Making Authority: Scope is limited towards team alignment / resource optimization with approval from AVP – IT (reporting)
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Design, Development and implementation of large ecommerce projects
- Minimum 3 years management experience in related areas with strong knowledge of J2EE web technologies and B2B & B2C platforms and protocols
- Extensive experience in user experience, GUI design, web design and web development
