Role: Sr.Manager - Investments

Location : Gurgaon

Job Summary:

- Part of Investment Team which manages the companies AUM

Key responsibilities:

- Manage fixed income portfolio comprising of Long term Hold to maturity and market linked schemes

- Take investment decisions in line with the market environment, fund philosophy and internal policy

- Undertake research on fixed income and macro economy, generate Investment ideas for the fixed income portfolios

- Develop and recommend appropriate allocation of fixed income investment assets within policy targets and risk/return objectives

- Take interest rate and portfolio duration calls with a view to outperform respective benchmarks in UL funds

- Miscellaneous research on capital/fixed income market globally and domestically

Measures of Success:

- Performance of fixed income portfolio

- Internal and External audit ratings

- Performance of credit portfolio

- Team-work.

Minimum Education: MBA (Finance) from reputed B-School / CA / CFA

Minimum/ Specific Experience: 5-7 yrs experience in management of assets in Fund Houses / Insurance co. / Banks

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

- Good understanding of macro & micro economic environment

- Good understanding of money market, capital markets, Gov. Securities markets
