Sr Manager - Internal Control - FMCG

Position open with a leading consumer goods company in Gurgaon.

Education- CA (Most preferable 2002,2003 & 2004 pass out)

Experience- 5 to 7 years

JD-

- Leading assigned process studies, identifying process improvement suggestions and preparation of standard operating procedures

- Survey operations, functions or activities, gather information on key business risks and evaluate the adequacy

- Lead and participate in formulation of the audit plans.

- Knowledge of SOX is necessary.

- Perform audits on various aspects of the company’s activities & adhere to audit schedules.

- Examine internal controls to detect deficiencies

- Prepare concise & effective written reports, identify deficiencies and make recommendations for corrective action.

- Discuss control improvements, risks and suggestions with superiors and senior management

Candidates profile-

- Able to organize and plan work schedule, present ideas effectively, deal constructively with audit exceptions, and prepare reports.

- Proficient in reports writing & presentation skills

- Must have ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Effective communication and inter-personal skills.

- Able to articulate verbally and in writing

- Have wider business understanding in a dynamic business environment
