Sr Manager - Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for execution on client engagements (across industries).

- Maintaining a strong relationship with senior client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery.

- Responsible for business development as per defined business targets.

- Must have a solid understanding of their clients business and be able to demonstrate technical competence in their product group and industry.

- Ensure quality and satisfaction on engagements. Must be able to clearly articulate the value drivers of our business, and are responsible for developing opportunities both at existing clients and new clients.

- Responsible for job economics and for ensuring timely close and billing of projects

Desired Profile:

- Chartered Accountant/MBA-Finance

- 8+ post qualification experience in a related field (Business Risk) preferably in professional services and/or industry and 1+year of experience in a managerial role Good academic record

- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required

- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs

- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent project management and client relationship skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven Business Development skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Demonstrated mentoring and people development skills
