Requirements:

1.Ability to help in Industry Academia connect:

a)Ability to conduct CXO forums

b)Provide feedback to product teams to design product as per the need of the industry

c)Work with CXO's to create aware ness about brand Talent Edge

2.Ability to work on Placing students

a)Create a standardize process for the placement

b)Create placement team

c)Create backend ..like standardized resume …club them by their exp and qualification and share them with the potential companies

d)Tie up with corporates and placement firms to place them

e)Will have a target to place students from campus, Our centers and franchisee

3.Getting mandates for train and hire

a)Work with industry to identify profiles needed to hire

b)Work with delivery team to run programs to produce those students and place them

c)Run dedicated programs like this for multiple corp

d)Will have a target for this.
