Our Client is a leading Fitness and Beauty Solutions provider to customers Pan India. They are looking for a HR professional based out of Gurgaon reporting into the HR Head

The candidate should be a MBA/PGDM/PGDBM Human Resources with 7 to 9 years of work experience in Hotel/Hospitality and Retail Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Engagement Activity.

- Townhalls presentations and Employee branding activities

- Dispute Resolution between employees and Managers

- Exposure in handling legal cases involving HR functions

- Managing the Regional HR, Talent Acquisitions, F&F and Exits

- Managing Performance Appraisal Process.

- Training and Development of Employees.

- HR MIS and Reporting.

- HR Audits

- Travel across all locations at regular intervals for HR Audits and Townhalls
