Sr Manager - Human Resources

QUALIFICATION: MBA -HR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for recruitment of frontline staff, junior and mid management personnel for the states in coordination with various job sites recruitment agencies and social media.

- Responsible for joining formalities and induction process and ensure that all employees in the state go through a formal induction process within the first month of their joining.

- Responsible for timely confirmations and contract renewals of employees in the state.

- Responsible for facilitating the process of appraisal system in coordination with head office. Ensure quality and consistency of appraisals through normalization. Ensure that JDs and KRAs for all positions are developed and updated.

- Conduct training needs assessment, develop training calendar and facilitate and coordinate the employees training program at the states. Coordinate with learning & development team in HO to roll out the training needs.

- Recommend and facilitate the implementation of appropriate staff Incentive and Reward schemes for staff motivation and growth.

- Facilitate exit procedures of employees in the states.

- Willingness to travel 15-20% of time
