Position: Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering

Location: Gurgaon, India

Client - ecommerce co.

- To carry forward the fast-paced growth, our client is looking for a Sr Manager, HR Business Partnering for their Logistics group. The Sr Manager, HR

- Business Partnering will be a critical member of the HR team, with the mandate of continuing to developing & growing the best talent across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- The Sr Manager - HR Business Partnering will lead the HR team supporting the Logistics teams & be the HRBP for the leader of this group. Our logistics team currently operates out of 40+ cities, expanding to over 100+ cities across India over the next year.

- Overall responsibilities include Talent Management (including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning), Change Management, Employee

- Engagement and Leadership coaching. He/ she will work with Talent Acquisition and Talent & Development to hire & develop talent that is critical to the business.

Must Have Skills:

- Masters degree in Human Resources/ MBA with 10+years experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles in HR.

- Experience in Logistics, retail & manufacturing industries preferred.

- Experience in supporting a workforce across multiple locations with a mix of off roll & on-roll employees must.

- Should have done Talent Management and Employee Engagement strategy development and have a proven track record of executing on the strategy.

- Outstanding Planning and organizing & execution skills

- Strong influencing skills and experience in Collaborating across boundaries

- Experience in working across different levels of leadership, and stakeholders across multiple locations.

- Experience in employee survey action planning & execution and change management.

- Self starter / high energy, deadline-driven, dependable and can deliver results with aggressive deadlines.

- Attention to detail, hands on, team player and can-do attitude.

- Strong problem solver with the ability to influence people and drive results while building long term positive and collaborative relationship.

- Fantastic and proactive communication skills. Verbal and written confidence in all areas related to communication. Track record of employing tools and resources to ensure alignment on progress reporting for all stakeholders.

- Metrics orientation, with an ability to analyze data for trends.

- Strong people management experience
