Key Responsibilities

- Heading System Delivery Architecture team

- Comprehensively overlooking all HR-IT systems with in-depth understanding of tools such as Peoplesoft.

- Understanding all key HR processes & streamlining them using IT enablers.

- Coordinating with internal IT team & external vendors to identify best possible HR-IT solutions

- Demonstrating project management skills for effectively driving HR-IT projects

- Driving multiple HR-IT projects at one point in time

Person Requirement

- Strong IT orientation with a deep understanding of HR processes and systems

- Experience of 10-15 years in HR - IT domain

- Ability to effectively engage with internal & external stakeholders

- Strong process and execution orientation
