We are a leading Executive Search Firm catering to various industries. We are looking for suitable candidates for the following position.

Client : A leading financial institution

Location : Bangalore

Role : Senior Manager - HR Operations

Team Size : 2-4

Job Summary

The incumbent will look after the HR Operations / Shared Services for the assigned regions.

The person will support the management of HR operations of approximately 10000 employees for the assigned region.

Desired Candidate

- Should be an MBA -HR from a premier institute with about 10 years of experience

- Person should be adept in HR Systems and should have atleast 3-4 years exposure to HR Shared Services.

- Person should be excellent in building / improving / managing HRMS

- Should have strong communication skills,

- Ability to work in a High Pressure environment

- Should be a good People Manager

- Should be confident

- Can join fast.
