Financial Services - Asset recovery and customer relationship management

This position reports to Vice President – Human Resources and the responsibility would include

- The HR & Corporate Services group has different departments that take care of different aspects like HR Administration, Recruitment, Corporate Services and Corporate Training.

- The HR administration department is responsible for the daily administration of plans and systems related to employee compensation & performance, development and administration of corporate policies, procedures and management directives. The recruitment team handles all activities associated with the hiring process for all employees.

- The Corporate Services group consists of Facilities, Purchasing & Travel professionals who provide critical business support to all Altisource locations and employees.

- The Corporate Training Department offers a broad range of on-site seminars, workshops, and self-study courses, as well as job function training, and a tuition reimbursement plan for those seeking additional work-related skills or formal degrees.

Key Result Areas:

- Responsible for all areas of Human Resource Operations viz., employee / compensation data analysis, payroll interface, Human Resource process / compliance related documentation, exit process & attrition analysis and change management.

- Design and implement Human Resource programs for Orientation, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition programs

- Develop, establish and oversee the performance management process including goal setting, deployment of dashboards and performance appraisals

- Overall responsibility for compensation and benefits function, including developing and implementing appropriate compensation and reward strategies, conducting external benchmarking exercises, recommending relevant changes to the compensation policies and practices and administration of compensation benefits

- Lead the annual succession planning exercise and play an active part in any organization re-structuring or design exercises to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policy

- Create predictive models and conduct scenario analyses

- Responsible for employee relations, discipline and grievance resolution process

- Create tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees within Altisource

- Responsible for identifying the main reasons of attrition, through analyzing exit interviews and implementing measures along with Senior Management to increase employee engagement and retention

- Spearhead digitization and automation of core processes

- Lead Six Sigma related process improvements

- Ensure compliance management for the organization including Sarbanes Oxley cycle monitoring and adherence, create, mentor and lead an effective team

- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients

- System design and implementation of HRIS Required skills

Qualification:

- The position requires 9 years plus of experience in Human Resources in a BPO/ KPO / Financial services space

- Excellent communication/Exemplary analytical skills

- Expert Execution capability

- The candidate must be detailed and result oriented and an original thinker

- The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work in a mid shifts

- High level expertise in use of statistical tools, HRIS systems and software including Microsoft products viz., Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint,

- Six-sigma certification exposure required

- High degree of customer centricity and situational fluency.
