Position Duties:
- Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an IR/ER strategy that is aligned with business needs
- Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the manufacturing organization
- Drive a uniform process of employee grievance handling and feedback process through town hall meetings and other appropriate forums available
- Responsible for all statutory compliances related to HR in lien with Corporate Business Principles & other policies.
- Drive a performance driven culture in partnership with Plant Managers and Plant HR team.
- Advice and guide on pay related matters: pay reviews, reward projects, changes to pay related terms, etc.
- Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company's Human Resource policies.
- Leverage and build various management-workmen committees to facilitate smooth running of manufacturing operations.
- Annual Manpower and Budget Planning of HR & Admin as per the Company's Business Plan
- Plan and drive succession planning, talent management & talent acquisition
- Culture surveys & follow-up intervention
